Make sure your GeForce app is updated. That statement about having the latest may be due to a way out of date GeForce Experience app. Their was in-fact a NVIDIA bug fix on that.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut out as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs and it takes up vast amounts of scroll space making the reply less readable and less likely that others will bother with your post.

LrC has become very very GPU driver dependant. Especially post AI. You need to update that driver.

NVIDIA, for your GPU, provides both Game Ready drivers and Studio Drivers. The Game Ready drivers may be great for gamers, and might have capability's for those gamers, but they may not be fully tested for creative work. The Studio drivers are better tested, more stable. NVIDIA recommends the Studio drivers for creative use (like photo editing)

You should have on your computer a application from NVIDIA called GeForce Experience. Use that to upgrade your GPU driver. HOWEVER, based on how out of date your GPU driver is, I suspect your GeForce Experience app is out of date. Update that first.

That would be your integrated video control on your motherboard. Not a discrete/dedicated GPU. And no VRAM. LrC could use that if you did not have a GPU.. As you have a GPU, it is normally ignored. If you only had that integrated video control , then LrC performance would be worse, in fact newer versions should not be presented for installation. You would also be getting an error/warning message that LrC did not like your rig.
