It was available for me in Western Australia late on Tuesday night WAST.

 

Try "Check for updates" on the Update panel of the CC App. Otherwise, logout of the CC App and login again.

Don't think it's a regional issue.

 

I'm in Tasmania and I got the updates on Tue 26 Oct, but only after Checking for updates in the Cloud desktop app first.

It'd sure be nice to be able to chat to someone at Adobe since I pay a subscription and should have access to it. I might have to go back to downloading hacked illegal versions!!

I had no problems (in Queensland) updating all my Adobe apps on desktop and laptop yesterday (Wednesday).

Is your Operating System up to date? The "latest"? What is you OS?

Is your Creative Cloud Desktop App up to date? The "latest"? I am at- v5.6.0.788.

"hacked versions"- you are not serious, I hope!

You may not get any helpful replies unless you can provide some information about your system.

Windows 10, up to date. Same version of Creative Cloud as you. There is no chat box on that link you sent me. 

Yeah well unless Adobe sorts this out then I'll have to figure out another way to get LR 11.

Correct for some reason I don't have a chat option. Regardless my LR has since today updated to 11 so problem solved, thanks for your assistance 🙂
