Please exactly describe, in much more details, what you do. A screen capture may help as well.

Also, please post the system information found in the help menu.

Hi F. McLion.  It appears to be something with the mouse, but have tried changing all the mouse settings.  Have tried switching to the wired mouse such as dj_paige suggested and would love to have provided a screenshot, but the picture travels across the page.  So that is no good.  Basically when I touch the cursor to any of the carrots such as on "Exposure" it just takes off like a speed demon rather than letting me control it.  Not sure what to do next.  Problem occured when I upgraded to Catalog v13.  Wish I could undo & just go back.  However, from what I understand you can't.

I suggested re-installing the mouse driver. Did you do that?

Did you reinstall the graphics driver?

Hi, I apologize for not being clear.  Did try changing to wired mouse.  Did not work.  Reinstalling the mouse driver did not work either.  Rinstalled the graphics driver last week.  Totally stumped.  Thank you for trying to assist me.  If it helps, the mouse "was" affecting some other scroll areas of the computers.  However, re-installing the mouse driving, reconfiguring some of the mouse options & applying all of the updates for windows has fixed the other window systems.  But not lightroom or Photoshop.

What kind of mouse? If wireless, as an experiment, try a wired mouse. Also re-install the mouse driver.

Can you in LrC access the menu bar, and if so select Help, then System Info?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut out as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs and it takes up vast amounts of scroll space making the reply less readable and less likely that others will bother with your post. Also large amounts of text in a post also render the Translate function inoperable.

Nothing in the Sys Info stands out as effecting the mouse.

Oh the auto sync to OneDrive is not great, but that has nothing to do with your issue

And no known plug-in issues
