New laptop

I am buying a new laptop to primarily use Lightroom Classic. I can get a 24 GB laptop with a Nivida RTX 4060 (newer plus 8 GB of dedicated memory) or a laptop with 40 GB or main memory with a Nivida RTX 3050 graphics processor with 6 GB of dedicated memory. Which is mmore important? Either option will have an Inel Core Ultra 9 185H processor.

One thing I do not understand is one states it is 4 lb and the other 7 lbs, but the exact same dimensions. Don't know if the higher weight is really the box weight it is shipped in.
