No puedo exportar fotos editadas desde la ultima actualización.

Hola: Desde la última actualización no puedo archivar las fotos editadas. Tengo Windows 10 y mi PC no admite Windows 11.

Estoy a punto de desinstalar la aplicación y buscar otra que me permita editar fotos NEF .

La verdad es que es desesperante, yo no utilizo IA y no sé como hacer para que no se pueda activar.

Gracias de antemano a quienes puedan ayudarme.

Please provide more details. 

 

Are you using Lightroom Classic? If so, what is the version NUMBER (we need the version NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date")?

 

What happens when you try to export? Does the export begin and stop? Or does it never begin? If there is an error message, please provide the exact unedited complete error message, even if it is not in English.

To help you better, could you please confirm a few details?
1. Share your system info. You can find this under Help > System Info. Copy the full text and save it in a .txt file.
2. What specifically happens when you try to export the NEF files?
- Does the export process begin and then fail?
- Or does nothing happen at all?
3. If there’s any error message, could you please share the complete text or a screenshot?
4. In which part of your workflow are you seeing AI?
5. If possible, create a small screen recording showcasing all the issues you are facing so we can understand better.

You can upload the recording and files to a cloud storage service (like Google Drive or Dropbox) and share the link with us here or via DM.

No puedo guardar la captura en .txt.
Convierte los archivos en JXL y no tengo app para abrir ese tipo de
archivos que desconozco.
