Noise Reduction Not Exporting Lightroom 6

I had a low light shoot so all of my photos have some grain.  When I reduce it, the export is not removing the edits I did with it in Lightroom.

I assume by "grain" you mean noise in the image. Try making the Detail panel Sharpening and Noise Reduction settings at 100% Zoom view. Then compare (C key) the exported file to the original file inside LrC at 100% Zoom view. Do they still look different?
