Hello,
I have installed LR 6 on new machine. I can't activate it unless deactivated on other machine. So on other machine I did "Sign out". There is a message - "it will deactivate LR on this machine" - I clicked OK. Still can't activate. On my Adobe account there is nothing under Plans and payment->Activated devices.
So haw can I use a product on new machine? I know LR 6 is quite old, but still it is something I purchuased and I want to use.
Adobe no longer supports Lightroom 6.14 (perpetual).
What does this mean?

Seems to be an account issue, for that you need to contact Adobe support. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

Thank you for the information. I tried calling adobe for solutions an I'm waiting to hear back from customer care. I'm hoping it is still possible to use this software.

Trying to activate the sofware while disconnected from the internet promps offline activation. This trigger request for a response code. I am also unable to activate while signing into my account with username and password connected to the internet.

ok. so you disconnect your computer from the internet and start activation which prompts you to activate while offline and gives you a request code, correct?
if so, you then go to https://aoes-prod.licensingstack.com/aoes/aoes/v1/imsauthstatus and enter your request code and serial number to get your response code.

Next I enter the request code for offline activation and my serial number. The prompt that I get is that the serial number has been revoked by adobe and to contact support or try another serial.

1. did you purchase from adobe.com or someone else?
2. if purchased from adobe.com did you ever share your serial number with anyone else?
and yes, you can contact adobe support and see if they will tell you why your serial number was revoked, but better to answer those questions before contacting so you can get advice on how to best make your case (assuming there's a valid one to make).
