Hey, @SportMind_Bogdan6149. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic Community. I've moved your post to discussions for now. I'll help you figure this out.
Is the operating system behaving correctly when using other keyboard shortcuts? Are there any other programs or plugins that may have a conflicting keyboard shortcut?
To be sure, use the on-screen keyboard (use Windows Search and type in OSK) to verify if the keys are not stuck.
If it does work, try booting the machine in Windows Safe mode (with networking) through Advanced Restart and see if that helps.
Here are the steps from Microsoft: https://adobe.ly/3VdReAX
Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Thanks for answer! I have this problem with keyboard only on lightroom classic. I already used keyboard test and nothing was pressed there.
I tried other shortcuts like R (for crop) and work.

Hello Sameer, I tried all the advice from the Internet and the official virtual assistant on the official website: I reconfigured the settings, reset all the settings, reinstalled Lightroom. Nothing helped. My keyboard is fine, by the way. Today I finally deleted the latest version of Lightroom and installed the previous one. It helped me. I don't see that pop-up window "Copy settings" anymore.

Hello @Sameer K Earlier I wrote that installing the previous version helped me. Unfortunately, this is not true. The error appeared again.

Oh, thank you @SportMind_Bogdan6149 so much and all the blessings! I have this Trio Office app. I didn't delete it, but I did check for errors and then hit "quit". After that, I was able to go back to normal work in Lightroom. What a joy!
