Performance of Lightroom Classic 11.3 / 11.3.1 ? (Windows)

Am finding that performance has dropped across the board in Lightroom Classic 11.3 and 11.3.1 - anybody else finding this ?
(Windows 10)

It's not a big crash or anything that I'd report as a bug - but a general slow down.
e.g. Develop module : exposure, contrast, cropping etc.

I have an older PC Intel i7 2700K (Overclocked-intel boost), 32Gb RAM.GPU: NVidia GTX 650 - but GPU acceleration always been switched off.
Has been sufficient up to now - but am starting to think it might be time to replace if  Lightroom performance stays like this.....
