Person Keyword - Change Back?

Explorer ,
Dec 21, 2018 Dec 21, 2018

Once a keyword has been converted to a person keyword is there a way to change it back to a regular keyword? I have a couple of keywords that I mistakenly clicked as a name in the people view making them person keywords and I'd like to change them back.

In the Keyword List panel in the right column of Library, right-click the keyword and do Edit Keyword Tag.  Uncheck the Person option.

Is there any way to this for batches of keywords? I accidentally, by shif-clicking the wrong range, converted hundreds of nested keywords to People Keywords. It's mindboggling to me that there's a way to batch convert keywords TO People but no obvious way to move them from People TO Other.

Use the Export Keywords and Import Keywords commands of the Any Tag plugin.

Export a CSV of all your keywords, edit the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets, change the person column, save the CSV. Then import back into your catalog.
