Photos synchronisées de mauvaise qualité

New Here ,
Nov 15, 2025 Nov 15, 2025

Bonjour
Merci d'avance
Benoît

LrC does not sync full resolution photos to the cloud.

However, the synced photos should have the same appearance as when looked at it in the collection in LrC.

I'd try to "unsync" it by removing from the collection and the re-adding it, to initiate a new sync.

Thank you
I tested this but I still have the same problem.
I also chose another profile (adobesrgb...) in the settings but it didn't
change anything.
Another idea ?

@Benoît31706986ftnz , You indicate you are using "Negative Lab Pro" scan and these files are showing the poor quality.
Please provide specific details of the process you are using. Negative Lab Pro has its own profiles.

Can you change the headline of the thread so users will be attracted and respond accordingly.

In 2021 I used NLP to scan negatives about 2000 in all the best quality I was able to get was using my Camera to capture RAW images. This required purchasing a back light and some other items.

Hello Denis
Thank you for the answer.
The pbm i not with the conversion with NLP, which is excellent. It is rather the fact that LrC doesn't seem to synchronize correctly the NLP settings/parameters. This creates bad versions of the pictures. I found a post on NLP support forum, from 3 years ago, explaining that only LrCC on desktop synchronized these correctly, at that time (see https://forums.negativelabpro.com/t/solved-synced-images-not-displaying-correctly-on-lr-cc-mobile-an...).
I hope that the problem with LrC is now solved and I want to know how to proceed.
Best regards
Benoit

@Benoît31706986ftnz , I see you have posted in NLP forum. Hopefully you will get a response from Nate in the near future. Nate is the auther of the Plug-in. I have not used  NLP since mid-2022 so am not aware if there have been updates since that time.
