If you're asking about Adobe Portfolio that's included in your Creative Cloud Plan, the answer is you don't do anything to make your site work on all devices.  All Portfolio Themes are responsive by default.  That means the layouts are optimized to fit on mobile, tablet and desktop.  But that does not mean the layout looks the same across all devices.   Below are more Adobe Portfolio Themes for inspiration.  If your current theme isn't working, try a different one.
