Hi ,

Can you please share which version of Mac as well as Lightroom Classic you are using?

This is a general behaviour on hover, but the preset should apply on clicking on the preset.

Can you share a sample video recording demonstrating this issue ?

Can you also confirm that on clicking the preset, the same is added in history step as well?

Thanks,

Arjun

Yeah, that's a strange one.  Possibly the Preset itself is faulty. Group is "Convert lrtemplate to xmp"- suggests a preset created some time ago.

Looking at your video-clip: Are most of the Filmstrip thumbnails already in a B&W mode? and just this ONE file will not convert?

In your clip I notice that when you first click the Preset, the image first shows a distinct color change (like sepia) for a fraction before the B&W and then finally back to color.

Does the Preset work on other images?

If you open the Preset file in a text editor, and post the text here, some expert may be able to find problems in the file.

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 14.0, Photoshop 26.0, ACR 17.0, Lightroom 8.0, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 15.0.0, Windows-11.

Hi @anh25054933ot8v ,

1) Can you please share the preset that doesn't seem to be working (haarithg@adobe.com)?

You can do a right click on the preset -> show in explorer and then attach the preset over email.

2) Did you import those presets, or were the lrtemplates automatically converted to xmp(after manually placing them inside Lightroom-Develop presets folder)?

3) Alternatively, can you also try applying the same preset on an image in a different catalog?

These information will help us in investigating.

Thanks,

Arjun

Hello,
I can't use all presets , I don't know why I can use Lighroom around 3 months or less, I will encounter that situation. Then I would have to uninstall and reinstall to make it work. It's inconvenient

Alternatively, can you also try applying the same preset on an image in a different catalog? Yes , but can't
