I know this seems to have been asked before but I am not having any luck with the solutions to fix the issue that others have.
I have the latest version of Lightroom Classic 10.2 Release via the Creative Cloud on Mac.
I have just realised that one of my presets packs is not showing all the imported files, only half. They are .xmp files purchased in December 2020. When importing them, it shows half of the imports as pictured in the attached and when I attempt to add the missing files again, it says 'Unable to import presets. All items were already imported'.
I attempted the fix: Preferences > Presets > Visibility > 'Show Partially Compatible Develop Presets' - both checked and unchecked but this didn't work.
I have attempted to add the presets:
1. Directly into Lightroom: Presets > + > Import presets
Into the folders:
2. Application > Adobe > Lightroom > Import presets > Lightroom Presets AND User Presets
3. ... Develop presets > Lightroom Presets AND User Presets
4. ... Export presets > Lightroom Presets AND User Presets
5. Application > Adobe > CameraRAW > ImportedSettings
Item 5. above location is where the other presets I have uploaded successfully are stored also.
Any solutions please? Thanks a lot.
I don't know how to delete this question so I'm posting here that this has been resolved. The presets I was trying to import were corrupt. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem with imported presets showing up in my develop panel, but how did you find out that they were corrupt?
