Red and Green Hues Randomly Appear in Bird's Feathers - How Do I Fix?

I'm using Lightroom CC 13.2  and 16.2 Camera Raw on a Mac Studio (Apple M1 Max, Ventura 13.2.1).

As you see in these feathers, red and green (which are not part of the bird's coloring) randomly appear. Is there a way to fix this in Lightroom CC?

If not, what about in Photoshop?
Thanks for your help!

This is likely a moiré effect which is caused by interference of the patterns in the feathers with the sensor grid. You can remove it by painting in moiré correction using a brush local adjustment. It will show up in the detail section.
