Hello good, it turns out that recently Lightroom Classic's AI noise reduction feature has become tedious to me, and it's no more and no less than for the duration... For each photo it takes about 10 min so if it's more photos, you imagine the panorama...

Graphics processor information:
DirectX: AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (31.0.12002.1002)
Initial status: GPU for image processing supported by default with support for custom export
User preference: Off

By @FranRodri

Denoise needs a dedicated GPU with preferably 8 - 12 GB RAM or more to perform well – your GPU is integrated and uses system RAM, and it will be slow. And the higher the megapixel count of the image, the slower it will run.

My computer has an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 with 12 GB RAM, and Denoise takes about 20 seconds to process a 45 megapixel image.

Entiendo, entonces con esto que me explicas...¿puedo tener una GPU externa al ordenador o tendría que cambiarla?

I understand, then with what you explain to me... can I have a GPU external to the computer or would I have to change it?

By @FranRodri

Is your computer a laptop? If so, I don't think you can change the GPU, especially if it's integrated.

I have no experience with external GPUs, so I can't offer any advice on that.

If you have a desktop computer, you can install a GPU if you have a free slot with the right interface, and a power supply that provides enough power.

My GeForce RTX 3060 uses the PCI Express 4.0 x16 interface, and requires a power supply of at least 650 watts.

Si, es un portátil.

En caso de poder obtener una GPU más potente, ¿cuál me recomiendas para Lightroom y Photoshop?

Yes, it's a laptop.

If I can get a more powerful GPU, which one do you recommend for Lightroom and Photoshop?

By @FranRodri

Since your laptop only has an integrated GPU, your only option would be to use an external GPU.

You would have to do some research on that, and maybe somebody else here can give you some advice.

Or, you could buy a new computer with a better GPU.

Desktop computers generally perform much better than laptops because they have better cooling, which allows them to utilize the full potential of the components, like the GPU. Laptops are limited by the less efficient cooling.

I'm no expert on GPUs, but I'm very pleased with my Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, it works extremely well with Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. It's considered to be a good compromise between price and performance.

Processor I have an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon 3.20 GHz Graphics and a graphics card an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

By @FranRodri

There is no mention of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 in the system info, may be because it has been disabled.

In the File explorer, right click This PC, and choose Computer management.

Click Device manager, and under display adapters, right click the GeForce GTX 1650, and choose Enable device.

Then right click the AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics and choose Disable device. Restart LrC if it is running.

The GTX 1650 should perform much better than the AMD Radeon.
