Reinstall Lightroom 6

Greetings
Due to Windows PC HW failure, I reinstalled Lightroom 6 (upgrade from 5), both with perpetual license.

I did the installation with the activation codes, Lightroom 5 from the package, Lightroom 6 from Adobe email.

Lightroom 6 does not start and asks for registration on the Adobe website.

The situation does not change even if I repeat the registration on the Adobe website.
How can I solve it?
Thank you

The only way to install and activate Lr 6 is via the "offline activation method" https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/lightroom-6-on-a-new-pc/m-p/14638713#M580921
