Retrieving user print templates

Lost my hard drive but had no problem with starting up again with Lightroom except in the printing module. My custom created User Templates didn't follow. Is there a way to get them back? Where do you find them?

They'll be in a folder named similar to:

Windows: C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\[preset or template folder]\[preset or template filename.lrtemplate]

Mac: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/[preset or template folder]/[preset or template filename.lrtemplate]
