Hello,
after installing the update, it is not possible to change the saturation, dynamic and the HSL Panel is also not working.
Is there a trick to get it back with the functions to work?
Thank you for your Help.

You're probably in a B&W image with a new profile set, so it's a bit wonky-looks like it's colour, but actually isn't. Check the profiles now at the top of the Basic panel. Make sure it's a color profile.

There are no profiles at the top of tha basic panel, because that LR ist not the Cloud Version it'S the standalone Version.
But it must be possible to change the saturation etc. without that profiles.

If you're updated, the newest version is 7.3 and the profiles are at the top of the Basic Panel.
If you're on 6.0, there's a bug whereby you could somehow partially update to 7.3 and it's a bit messy.
Resetting has helped for some: Lightroom 7.3: Presets, Vibrance and Saturation Sliders Not Working.

I have the same problem, and, after a reinstall, I still not have this version of the basic pane.
It seems to be linked with the catalog.
Is it possible to go back to 7.2 or 7.1? Sorry, but I have no time to be beta tester...

This is a known problem, there are other threads on this in this forum. You think you are using Lightroom Classic, but you never really did. Lightroom Classic is only available as subscription, and you have a perpetual license for Lightroom 6. Due to a bug in the updaters, you have been able to upgrade to 'Lightroom Classic'. You should not have seen this 'update', but you did because of the bug, and up till 7.2 it seemed to work fine. Now it doesn't anymore.
You can check this by looking at your version info. The real Lightroom Classic looks like the info below, but in your case it will say 'Lightroom 6' at the top. I'm sorry, but the only solution is to go back to Lightroom 6, the version you are licensed to use.

Well… and lost lot of work.
The best way would be to be able to block the 7.3 upgrade… or have an offline upgrade to 7.2…
Adobe can't blame us, are they?
I imagine you can understand our position, not loosing 4 months of works!

You can probably save most of that work in the following way. Select any images you added after your upgrade to 'Lightroom Classic'. Hit Ctrl-S (Cmd-S on the Mac). That saves your edits and metadata as XMP sidecar files. If you now start again with Lightroom 6 and your old catalog, you can import these images and get all the edits and metadata (except for edits that Lightroom 6 does not support). Not ideal, but better than nothing.

This is not a responce to Johan, just a solution to the problem. It's 2023 & the problem still exists in LRC. Here's what adobe support told me & worked (on mac). on top left next to apple logo click on LRC, then prefernces then performance. The first item is use graphic processor. Turn that off & restart LR. That did the trick for me
