WHen shooting both a JPEG and RAW in Camera, How do you see both the JPEG and RAW image in Lightroom? How can you put the RAW in a Different folder?

Set LR's preferences , general, Treat JPEGs next to raw files as separate photos. Both files will then be imported. You can use the Library Filter to filter by file type. If you want them in a different folder, select the photos and then right click in Folders panel and create a new folder, checking "Include selected photos".
