Set/Remove Color Labels from Multiple Images

Why is it when I select several files on my strip in the Library Module, and try to change the color labels, only one file changes?

Are you perhaps in Loupe view? You have to change to Grid view to apply things like this to all selected images. That's to protect you from doing something to a whole bunch of images by mistake, because you don't realise you have them all selected.
