As far as I know, there is no such things as setting a black point or setting a white point in Lightroom. Maybe you mean something different?
According to this list of keyboard shortcuts, there is no keyboard shortcut for "set white point" or "set black point". https://www.lightroomqueen.com/keyboard-shortcuts/lrcc6/

Press Shift and double-click the Blacks and Whites sliders if you want to automatically set black and white points.
You can Shift+double-click all the sliders in the Basic panel to apply automatic adjustments.
As for the masking slider in the Detail panel, hold down the Alt key to see the effect.
White areas will be sharpened, black areas will be protected.

It's the same shortcut for Exposure, Contrast, Highlights, Shadows, Whites and Blacks.
It doesn't work with the sliders under Presence - Clarity, etc.

Unfortunately, Shift and double-click on the Blacks and Whites sliders usually produces results that are different than when clicking on the 'Auto' button in the Tone panel. So it's a very unreliable way of setting the Black and White clipping points. All of the other Tone controls (Exposure, Contrast, Highlights, Shadows) produce the same results as the 'Auto' button when using Shift and double-click.

I tried this out now, and yes, I get different results with the Auto button for Blacks and Whites (and sometimes also for Contrast). With some images the difference wasn't big enough to be significant, while with others it was quite big.
Personally, I prefer to adjust the sliders manually until I get what I want, which I consider the most reliable way to edit an image, but I guess the Auto functions can be useful in some situations.
And the Auto button seems to have improved in the latest process versions, I remember finding it totally useless in the past.

The Whites slider with Shift and double-click will go to the full -100 setting if the image file has even a small amount of raw data highlight clipping. It appears to be trying to remove the highlight clipping from these areas, which is of course impossible if the raw data is 100% clipped. I prefer setting the Whites and Blacks points holding the ALT key to "visualize" the clipping threshold.
You also need to apply a little common-sense. Very low contrast images (fog scene) should have no Whites or Blacks clipping to provide faithful rendering. Very high contrast images with deep shadows and bright sky should have larger areas totally clipped for faithful rendering. The revised 'Auto' control uses Sensei AI to better accommodate different types of shooting conditions and make more accurate adjustments. It's still not perfect and probably never will be since everyone has their own interpretation of the desired rendering for a specific image.
