is there a shortcut to "go to folder" in LRcc?

No, not that I know of.

And what do you mean Go to Folder? Folder in the LR Library or in a File Manager window as both are available from the Right Click popup menu.

Are you using Lightroom (cloud version), or Lightroom Classic? There is no shortcut in Lightroom because there are no folders.

LR Classic doesn't define a keyboard shortcut for the command Photo > Go To Photo In Library. However, you can easily define a shortcut for that menu command on Mac using System Preferences.  On Windows, it takes just a little bit more effort to add a shortcut to TranslatedStrings.txt.  See here for details on both methods:
