I cannot seem to import, export, neither synchronize my photos in lightroom classic and lightroom mobile. All other programs work fine. What can be done?

Have you been able to Open Lightroom Classic and make a Catalog yet?

So, some inquiry's to make
1. System Information as Lightroom Classic (LRC) reports it. In LRC click on Help, click on System Info, click on Copy. Paste that info into your reply. Paste, do not attach. Include all info from first line down to and including plug-in info.

3. Where do you file your photos at, what hard drive? Is this an internal, or an external hard drive? Or perhaps a NAS?

The computer came with it, I purchased it at the end of the year. I did not

The computer came with it? Computers do not normally come with Adobe CC programs. Not new computers. Is this a used computer? Are you paying for an Adobe subscription plan? Heck, what version of LRC do you have?
Sys Info would be very nice to see.
In the future, all those questions above, should have been in your original posting. This should not be like pulling out teath.
