Something got corrupted and now it takes nearly 5 minutes for Lightroom Classic to load.

Using a more than powerful enough Windows 11 i7 machine. I tried adding some brush presets today. They were (before I deleted them) in the Local Adjustments Presets folder as instructed, but they were never installed. At some point, I exited Lightroom and came back to it to load it and it took about 4-5 minutes. I've optimized the catalog. I've deleted the presets that I was trying to install. I've even uninstalled Classic and reinstalled it. Same problem.  I'd immensely appreciate any help that I can get... I'm stumped

One potential cause is the Logioptions plugin, which Logitech utilities will silently install behind your back.  Go to File > Plug-in Manager and scroll through the list of plugins. If you see Logioptions, select it and click Disable in the Status panel on the right. Restart LR.

Thank you so much for responding. I do NOT have the Logioptions installed
(see attached screen capture).
I don't know if this is related or not, but when I'm using the Lightroom
Classic masking features, when I click on, for example, "Select Sky", my
laptop takes over 2 minutes to finalize drawing the mask. I installed
Lightroom Classic on my wife's Apple Macbook Pro (2020), and it performed
the same task on the same image in 2 seconds.
BTW, I googled reviews of the Intel IrisXe graphics, and it says that it's
plenty powerful for image and video editing. My Lenovo laptop has an 11th
Gen Core i7 running at 2.80GHz.
I'm stumped....

Do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the output here. Also, go to Preferences > Performance and post a screenshot of that. We can determine whether the GPU hardware or driver is a potential issue.
