Suggest A Graphics Card Please

Just upgraded Lr from v6 to 10.1.1 - and its slow.

I have 16gb ram and quad 2.8ghertz cores.

My current graphics card is GeForce GT 710, 2gb 

My power source is like 280 watts.

Can you suggest a graphics card that will do the job, that does not need too much power - nor connecting cables please?

Does what job? What problem are you trying to solve? Please be specific.

Also, what size (in pixels, width and height) is your monitor?

Thank-you for your reply. The latest Lr is slow to open and sluggish in other ways.

My monitor is 23" diagonally and set to the recommended 1920x1080

With a 1920x1080 screen. a new improved GPU card will provide only very trivial improvement ins some parts of LrC and will have no effect at all regarding "slow to open", and so is not worth the money.

Better you should describe the problem in detail (which you still haven't done).
