A few weeks ago the thumbnails in the bar along the bottom increased in size. (As far as I'm aware, I didn't change the settings.).
The problem now is that I can't see the actual number of images imported, as it's hidden. I can't change the size of those thumbnails.
I tried deleting the application and downloading it again but the same thing happened. I've also tried clicking in the grey bar above the thumbnails to manually decrease the size, but that didn't work.
This is in Lightroom CC 2015.

Thanks, Bob and Randy.
I've checked the links and what seems to work is:
'uncheck Window -> Show Tab Bar and restart Lightroom. After this the missing part of the panel magically appears.'
Before that I tried resetting the preferences, but strangely I couldn't find them! I know where to look and how to do a search, but couldn't see com.abode.Lightroom6.plist (or variations) anywhere.
