When I open a RAW image in Develop, the colors seem to be really "cool", almost like there's a blue overlay applied. When I perform an action in Develop, whether it's something like clicking a setting (without changing it) or if I simply zoom in on the picture, the color tone changes into a much more warmer one. When I open the same picture again, the "cool" version is shown for half a second, and then the tone changes again to warm.
I deleted my monitor color profiles and downloaded my latest GPU drivers (RTX 4080), but have no idea where to go next. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

How did you calibrate your display?
What is the type of the display?
Which version of LrC are you using (number, not latest or alike)
Post the systeminformation found in the help menu.

I did not calibrate my display. I've used this display with various laptops/desktops, but never had this problem.
My display is an LG 27 UL650, and I'm using Lightroom version 13.5.1. The system information is in my local language, is there anything specific that can help?

Please post the system info anyway, we'll probably manage to decipher it.

Not the greatest pictures to see it, but you can see that the roof and grass are much warmer in one picture.

What software is used to display each of these two pictures?

These are screenshots taken direct from Lightroom Development.

The top one is how the image loads. The second one is after touching anything in Lightroom, or after simply zooming in/out.

Does the problem go away if you disable the GPU in Preferences > Performance? (set Use Graphics processor to Off)
And please post your system info.

It is probably connected to your Profile default setting. What is your default setting? Depending on the profile colour, this will change the image's profile. The same situation happens with me, so I know what you are saying. My default profile is Camera Neutral, which is set as Neutral in the camera and this carries across to Lightroom as it is in the metadata. So also look at your in-camera settings.
When Lightroom loads the image, it applies the set profile. This would explain the situation you are describing.
