Anyone know where I can get a user guide for Lightroom 3.6?

I have the Reference 'Help' PDFs for Versions 3 and 4. (10 and 9MB size respectively- too large for email?).

Suggest a way I can get these to you.

Actually most Email providers allow 20 MBs of attachment.

You could also ZIP them, individually, which might reduce the size.
