where does lightroom store the registry for colored folder labels?

I had to create a new catalogue and re-import everything in my old catalog. So far it appears I have or can easily restore everything that matters back EXCEPT the colored lables on my folders. Where is this data is stored? I'm on the latest version of Lightroom Classic on Windows 10, but with my own file structure, so I need to know where it is relative to other Lightroom files.

It's stored purely inside the catalogue, and the only way you can access it is by examining the SQL data using a database manager.
