I have my image cropped to 2:3/4:6 with an image size of 3600 x 2400. Yet when I go to print in lightroom it will NOT let me print 8x12? It sets the cell size at 7.75 x 10.68?? VERY frustrating

Go to Page Setup and set your page size to something larger than 8.5 x 11, which it currently seems to be. Note that the margins (settable in the Layout panel) will also have an effect on the size and aspect ratio that you can print your image.
