Just a thought as you have not provided any info on your operating system.

What is the capacity of your main internal SSD drive, the disk may be running short of free disk space. You should try to have at least 20 % free disk space i.e. if the disk is 250 GB free space should be 50 GB..

What actions in LrC cause this error to appear? What is the EXACT unedited word-for-word error message? Are you running LrC and nothing else, or are other apps open at the same time?

And as requested by @DdeGannes please tell us your hardware/software by going to Help->System Info and providing us with the information there down to the GPU information ... we don't need anything after that.

Also, I don't know the exact name, but MacOS has a "resource monitor" which will tell you what program is using up your memory, please check that the next time this happens.
