Hello all!

I'd love for the crop rotate to be able to be binded to the mouse wheel, so one can just scroll to get the right rotation/crop.

Current implementation requires you to hover next to the crop frame, and visually see the cursor to change to rotate icon, and then click, hold, and rotate. Similar to brush size change with the mouse wheel.

This isn't a big deal on a few images, but when you are doing hundreds or thousands of images, it would be super sweet to be able to just scroll the mouse after hitting the crop tool short cut, and focus the cursor only for repositioning/sizing of the crop.

I know there's auto-level, but it misses the level more than I'd like.
