P: Can't drag a pin assigned to two or more photos in the Map module

In the Map module, you can change the location of a map pin assigned one photo by dragging it to a new position.  But if the pin is assigned more than one photo, you can't drag it -- the map pans instead.  Surely not an intended behavior.

To reproduce:

1. Drag one photo to the map.

2. Click and drag its map pin and observe the pin changes location.

3. Drag two photos to the map.

4. Click the pin and try to drag it -- that pans the map rather than change the location of the pin.

Tested on LR 11.3.1 on Mac OS 12.31. and Windows 10.

Good, let's hope the fix also solves the Windows bug.  Dragging pins is an important workaround to the pin-position bug on Windows with display scaling.

Here's a screen recording showing the problem on a virgin installation of LR 11.3.1, including a new catalog, on a virgin Mac OS 12.3.1.
