I would like to set the cell size, then check a box that says Protect Cell Size so I can move margins but have them stop from encroaching on the cell size.  I have to keep going back and forth, an finessing between Margins and Cell Size.  Hard to believe that Lightroom is around 15 years old and this is still annoying.

Gridlines like in Photoshop for laying our greeting cards would be nice too.

Thanks,

GOOD LORD please YES to this. When I create collage prints and have laid out the cells where photos go, I would like to be able to increase or decrease the size of the photo within a LOCKED cell. And no I don't want to go that individual photo and change the crop there, as this photo will also be printed on its own with the already perfect crop. A simple solution, like the "Lock Cell" pic above would help me easily create custom layouts of different photos and adjustable sizes within, without having to edit that photo.
