Hi @Sandman-357, welcome to the community!
If you're using Lightroom Mobile, one quick thing you can try is clearing the cache. Just tap the three-dot icon, head to App Settings > Local Storage, and then tap Clear Cache.
Let me know if that helps or if you run into any trouble!

Unfortunately, that did not resolve this issue & I verified that Lightroom is allowed full access to my iPhone photos.

Thanks,
Mark

Does it help to toggle off and back on: iOS Settings > Apps > Lightroom, and confirm Photos = Full Access?

Are you sure your are not filtering/hiding certain file types in the LR Device tab?  If you go to the Lightroom tab grid view, and tap on the blue button, does the import photo picker show all the photos you expect to see?

Hello @Sandman-357

It sounds like you are talking about what is shown in the Device tab?  In addition to the advice my colleague Alek shared, could you also confirm that nothing has changed for Lightroom's camera roll access?  Go to iOS Settings > Apps > Lightroom, and confirm Photos has Full Access.  If you have something other than Full Access set, Lightroom may not be able to show all your camera roll photos.

If that's not the issue, tap the Device tab's Filter button at the top right of the thumbnail grid view.  Ensure checksmarks exist for all the types of files you want to see.
