Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

This post applies to the Project Indigo iOS camera app.    Adobe Labs is excited to share an early look at Project Indigo, an iPhone camera app we've started to develop, to get feedback from the photography community. The app offers full manual controls, a more natural ("SLR-like") look, and high image quality in both JPEG and raw formats. The mask selection for AI does not work

I want to build an app to allow uploads from large existing photo archives on custom servers to the Lightroom cloud. I added Lightroom Services to my project, created an OAuth Web App, got an access token for the same (developer) account. Also just in case, added myself to the Beta testers. However, when I make a test request:  curl -i \    -H "X-API-Key: <my-api-key>” \    -H "Authorization: Bearer <my-access-token>" \    https://lr.adobe.io/v2/accountI get a generic openresty 403 Forbidden error page. The weird part: if I send an invalid or a missing token, I get a proper JSON error reply.What am I doing wrong? Should I somehow apply to Adobe for the API whitelist, or is it a techical issue on my side?

Can i get my pictures from old account

Incident date: 21 September 2026. This was measured during a production editing session, not a synthetic stress test.Product and environment:- Adobe Lightroom Desktop (cloud-based) 9.5.1 arm64 [20260815-1945-84a45bf]- macOS 27.0 (26A428)- Apple M3 Pro with 18 GB unified memory- Canon CR3 originals stored on an external SSD- Approximately 134 GB free on the internal drive and 65 GB free on the external drive- No macOS thermal or performance warning was recordedSummary:While viewing a filtered set of edited CR3 files in Square Grid, Lightroom’s Camera Raw preview-rendering pipeline accumulated tens of gigabytes of memory and eventually made both Lightroom and macOS nearly unusable. Relaunching Lightroom immediately returned memory usage to normal with the same files and hardware.Steps observed:1. Open a local folder containing approximately 9,064 CR3 files.2. The denoise button wont work. deleted almost all of my pictures off my laptop, and it still wont work 

Ive been problem solving for an hour but cant figure it out. I've tried everything I could find on Google and the Adobe software help page. But cant figure it putz please help me.

How do I remove AI from my Lightroom mobile and normal LR.  My masking tools, remove tools and blur background tool- in LR are all intergrated and I'm not allowed to use AI I'm my photography class

Under Adobe Standard V2, I have "This profile is missing" and all my raw photos are green. Honestly, for a paid service the lack of support (ie an Email with a human being) is shameful.

i create masks and edit, but during exporting all my edits are gone and i get the raw picture exported as JPEG without edits

when I try to use a preset I created on other photos, a massage appears saying that an AI mode is being installed. however, there is no actual installation taking place, and I'm unable to use any of my preset.

My lightroom isn’t responding when I want to move or delete a remove section. It keeps freezing. When I want to change the opacity, it has no problem doing that, but pauses or lags at other tasks. It has been doing that in the edit section too. For example, just clicking on the edit section to change from the remove tool will take a while. Has anyone else experienced this or know what to do?

My Album collections have been disappear for most of them, and there is no one photo in this albums… it’s hours of work i Have to do again!!!! It’s a Shame!!!I want to know How it is possible!!!Antoine

I received an email saying my photos and presets will be deleted if I don't subscribe. I've been using the free version of Lightroom mobile for a long time, I don't understand why everything will be deleted? Shouldn't I be able to keep my photos and presets and still not have access to the premium features?

When attempting to use the Denoise feature in Lightroom, I will check the box to turn the feature on. The progress bar will show up with the percentage and it will either fully complete or abort before 100%. Once the progress bar disappears, there is no change to the photo and the denoise checkbox is still unmarked and the slider is still greyed out. My computer and Lightroom software are up to date and I have even tried using previous installments of Lightroom.

Subject: SRAW files lose color after editing – Vivo X300 UltraHello Adobe Lightroom team,I would like to report an issue I am experiencing with SRAW files from the Vivo X300 Ultra in Lightroom Mobile.When I open an SRAW photo and start editing it, everything initially seems to work correctly. When I move sliders such as Exposure, Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, or other color adjustments, the photo temporarily looks much better, with more color and better detail.However, after about one second, Lightroom updates the image and the colors become noticeably weaker and less saturated again. It looks as if Lightroom first displays a good preview and then replaces it with a different rendering that has significantly less color.This makes it very difficult to edit SRAW files, because the result I see while adjusting the sliders is not the same as the final rendered result.The issue seems to occur specifically with SRAW files from the Vivo X300 Ultra. I CAN’T OPEN THE APPLICATION, ALWAYS LOG AND ERROR WARNING. 

Olympus was a major player in camera production, and their camera division was bought out by OM Digital Solutions, but they’re still very prominent professional cameras. My E-M1X is older now so I don’t usually expect support, but the fact the make isn’t even available in lens correction settings (while less popular brands like lensbaby is available by default) is crazy to me. Am I missing some kind of camera business issue? I did check alternate companies- nobody offers native OM support, and it seems really really strange.

When using iOS (iPhone), I want to only look at photos on a single camera body (I shoot with 2 different cameras).  When selecting the body I want through the “Filter by…Camera”, the order of images disregards any of the options for how to sort them (such as file name, capture time, etc).  The images appear jumbled and out of order.  When attempting to try three different “sort by” options and even “reverse order”, it was the same order of images in their mixed up order.  See the attached video. Screen recording unusual sort and filter behavior on mobile (ios) The attached photo shows the current version being used with all iOS updates installed as of this post. 

Ich verwende LR Mobile auf dem iPad. Die Fotos werden aus der Kamera als NEF zu Lightroom übertragen. Nach Bearbeitung in LR werden sie in das Cloud Backup geladen, wie immer im NEF-Format. Nach 2-3 Jahren liegen sie im Cloud Backup dann nur noch im jpeg-Format vor. Bei diesen Fotos gibt es die gleichen Einstellungen wie bei den neueren Fotos, die richtigerweise als NEF in der Cloud gespeichert sind. Irgendwie wandelt Adobe nach längerer Zeit automatisch und von mir ungewollt das Original-Format im Cloud-Backup von NEF zu jpeg. Offensichtlich ein Bug, oder gibt es eine plausible Erklärung dafür?

Hello everyone! There is a bug in Lightroom app on Android which causes HDR photos made using the built-in camera to be missing from Imports for several hours or even longer. Ordinary DNGs pop up instantly. Complete restarting causes HDRs to appear but this is far from usable.
