I'm using Lightroom (the mobile version) on my M1 Pro MacBook Pro, but recently it suddenly was signed out by itself. Then I tried to resign in by using my Apple Account, and it would lead to the link that helps you sign in by your Apple Account but always said error "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable". I have restarted my Mac many times, redownloaded Lightroom and then resignin but nothing happened.

HI @Minh_Truong0853, Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community!
Could you please share more details, such as what version of Lightroom you use and your OS? Also, a screenshot of the error message would be incredibly helpful. You can share your response via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another public file-sharing platform.
While we wait, you can try out these fixes. See if they resolve the issue.
1) Clear Safari Cache and Cookies
2) Disable Browser Extensions Temporarily
3) Try a Different Browser or Device
4) Try turning off any active firewalls and antivirus software if you have it installed on your system, and check if it changes anything.
Let us know how it goes!
Cheers!

I'm having the same issue!
The app on Mac does not log on and show the same error (already tried the solutions above, and nothing). Oh, and the same error appears when I tried to login on my acount on the browser, through apple, so its not the app, is the apple login authentication 😞
Help!

Hi @Minh_Truong0853 and @Jessica_B0104, I'm just checking in to see if the suggestion helped or if you are still running into this issue? Have you contacted Apple as well about your sign in issue? Let us know how things are going. Happy to keep troubleshooting with you if needed. Thanks! ^CH
