Account trouble

first problem is I can't sign out of LR on my Mac book, it's not showing me an option.

second, i renewed my account under a different card and under a different Apple ID. Same email for my adobe account though and when I try to log in on the Mac book it says I have to renew but I can access LR through my phone. I do majority of my editing on the laptop so that's why it's kind of an issue. Sorry for the long post, thank you.
