Adobe Lightroom how to opt out of Adobe Cloud Storage

Is it possible to stop adobe cloud from messing up with your storage and only store everything locally? I can only afford to subscribe to the cheapest photography option and I want to store everything locally anyway, as I always did with photos and files.

I have all the pictures locally (copied x2 just to be sure) and adobe cloud is spamming me with notifications about full storage and not being able to download the original ? I have everything on my local storage with lots of empty space to use.

I am using one device only.

So is it possible at all without ditching app completely for Lightroom Classic?

You can pause the syncing indefinitely but really Lightroom Cloudy is built upon the foundation that everything is primarily in the cloud. If you want local storage you should use Classic which is much more full featured anyway, or Adobe Bridge. The latter is a full featured local disk browser and is integrated with camera raw which is the develop section of Lightroom. If you don't want to use cloud storage there is no point in using Lightroom Cloudy.
