I have been using lightroom mobile for a year before and after a summer camp which payed for a linked subscription to the same email account. However it's been a year and I think the subscription has ended recently so when I logged back into my account every single thing was gone from my account. I tried accessing it through adobe cloud and nothing was there. However due to adobe mobile being free and not using the paid account for my edits they should all be there. The raw data should still be installed on my ipad in around 10GB i just have no access.
Ive tried shutting my ipad down, logging back in both through google and cloud. I also don't have any access to costumer service because you apparently have to pay to get human services instead of AI? Any advice? very devastated right now.

I've reviewed your email. Your current subscription is managed by your institution/company, and they set the policy and online data provisions for your account. Have you contacted your administrator to see if they've changed your account settings?
