Can I create a collage in CC or mobile?

Hi, as the question in the subject asks, is it possible for me to do this? I've searched top to bottom but having no luck.

Thanks for reaching out. Currently, this feature is not available in Lightroom Mobile and Lightroom CC. 

This is a good idea to have such a feature. You may raise a feature request on our Forum so that our product team can try and add it in the upcoming versions.
