Can I Delete the Hidden Folder (users/name/appdata/.../a string of numbers/...) to Save Local Disk

I have 1TB of CC and just over a half of tera of RAW photos on a drobo.  My laptop has maybe 200MB allowable for me to bring the RAW files onboard to upload.  After I start running low on disk space can I treat the hidden "originals" folder as a temp and purge it (users/name/appdata/local/adobe/lightroomCC/data/a string of numbers/originals)?  When Lightroom (CC or Web 2020) goes to sync will it want to redownload back into the hidden folder?

Yes if everything is sync’d to the cloud you can delete all of the dated sub-folders inside the originals folder. It will start to fill again as you import new files.
