Can't access or download my photos in Lightroom mobile

I can't access my photos or either download my edited photos from morning. All my presets have been disappeared since then. Nearly 4 years of my photos have been lost and i can't able to retrieve them .the below attachments shows the issue... vrrsion 9.3

Hi there, Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

 

Has this started with recently edited images, or do all images behave similarly? Can you please clarify which device and OS version you are using? What is the format of the images? Is it RAW/JPEG or any other file type? 

 

Try these suggestions and let me know how it goes:

  • Try adding a star rating or flag to the images you see this error with. Wait for a couple of seconds and check if the issue exists.
  • Try resetting the image & then use Undo to go back & reverse the reset back to the way the how image was before.
  • You can log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3WASxK0) & check if the images are synced & reinstall Lightroom again.
  • Try clearing the cache of the application and check if that helps. Open Lightroom, tap on the three dots in the upper right corner, tap on App settings and then Local Storage. Press the Clear Cache button.
