Can't edit my photos in light room, even after I updated credit card information

 

I updaded it in the web version, and in app. 

It goes green saying the payment was sucessful. But even after logging off, it doen't work

Now I'm locked off the app. If I try to renew inside the aplication, it says that I can't buy the 1TB subscription because it is incompatible with my subscription : "1tb subscription"

 

Confusing.
