Can't find the option to export a catalog in Lightroom 4.3

I'm working in the newest version of lightroom 4.3 and am tyring to export a catalog but cannot find the option in the drop down. The only thing available is Export and Export with Previous. Can anyone help me locate the export cataglog feature?

It is not there! Lightroom cannot 'Export a Catalog'. Lightroom does not have that feature (as Lr-Classic does).

You can only work with ONE catalog that is Cloud based (a copy is cached locally).
