Bonjour, je dispose de Lightroom Mobile avec 100 gigas et ayant 4600 photos en jpeg de 45 mo, je suis donc à 20 gigas max et mon cloud est bloqué. J'appelle le service client Adobe qui me dit que j'ai 5 gigas, d'où les ralentissements, etc., de mon application. Que dois-je faire pour avoir mes 100 gigas de stockage afin d'atteindre les 20 000 photos de stockage, car je paye pour 100 et je n'en ai que 5 ?

I've reviewed the account you signed in with, and you have an active subscription from the Android store.
When you delete images from Lightroom, they're first sent to the deleted section in Lightroom & stay there for 30 days until permanently deleted. While in the deleted section, the images will continue to count against your total storage.

When you delete images from Lightroom, they're first sent to the deleted section in Lightroom & stay there for 30 days until permanently deleted. While in the deleted section, the images will continue to count against your total storage.
You can log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3xFWy7x) to check the deleted section.
Also, as the plan is Mobile only, you'll only see the 100 GB access on Lightroom Web and not in your https://adobe.ly/4mbeVEH account page.
