Does Lightroom work on Windows 10S

Hi all, looking for some help. My wife needs a new small laptop to run lightroom when away from the house. Alot of the smaller ones are running windows 10S. Does anyone know if this will run Lightroom ok? 

From reasing they only allow Windows Apps for which Lightroom has one now, is this the full program or does it have limited function like mobile?

Im using a Macbook Pro (Bootcamped.) with an external drive, have been for a few years now and its not been an issue.
Used on the road and around the place with Classic Lightroom.
