Export cropping

Hello, 

I'm using my iPad Pro to export 5.3k GoPro video files and DJI air 2S video files on Lightroom app for iPad. Unfortunately the final export is always cropped in and never in full resolution. Any solutions? Thank you

I just exported 4K video that was captured on iPhone and then had some color adjustments applied, and choosing Export As.. MP4 (with edits; not "Original") did save the video out as a 4K video.

It could be a bug with 5K video.  I'll check if we can find any video samples to reproduce the issue in-house.

When you say cropped, do you mean the starting/ending points of the video are trimmed?  Or that the video is downres'd to something like 1080P?  Or is the video truly cropped, where only a portion of the overall video frame is displayed?

It's Truly Cropped as in the original display gets downsized to only a smaller portion of the center of the frame.

Thanks for confirming!  We'll try to get this reproduced in house so a developer can debug it.

As a possible work-around, if you sign into your same account at https://lightroom.adobe.com (the Lightroom Web app) using a web browser, are you then able to export correctly?
