Try this-

1) Edit a photo (preferably one that is new or edits have been [Reset] )

2) Apply one of your Presets

3) Export the photo as an ORIGINAL + SETTINGS

The resulting DNG file will contain the Metadata of the editing.

Step#4 in this link describes how to 'Import/Create' a preset from a DNG created with Preset edits,
